Price (cost) of concluding a notarized apartment sale and purchase agreement
1% – state tax (calculated from the sale price of the apartment, but not less than the expert assessment of the property) – is paid by the seller!
*If the apartment has been owned for less than 3 (three) years, it is additionally paid by the seller:
5% tax – (calculated from the sale price of the apartment, but not less than the expert assessment of the property)
1.5% of the military levy (from January 1, 2015) – (calculated from the sale price of the apartment, but not less than the expert assessment of the property)

4,000 UAH – notary services, mandatory payments of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine upon the conclusion of the main sales contract, drawing up consents for the sale/purchase of an apartment, forms, certificates, formation of a case (package of documents) for the transfer of data to the State Registration Service (2 copies) – (cost depends on the quantity owners/sellers) – each notary services are paid in equal shares, the notary forms mandatory payments for each separately, depending on the number of inspections, the number of parties, etc.
