After the fact that the property has been carefully verified and examined by the seller and the positive conclusion of the lawyer regarding the property has been removed (after the audit of the seller and the property), a preliminary agreement is formed. In other words, this agreement can be understood as an agreement about the intention of the seller to sell the goods, and the buyer, apparently, to receive the goods. To confirm his obligation and payment ability, the buyer under this agreement transfers a mandatory payment (“deposit”) to the seller. The preliminary agreement must be completed in writing and notarized. This agreement contains the main interests of future interests.
