❌ UKRAINE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS “ALL”!!!
On October 10, 2022, the Law of Ukraine “On Guaranteeing Property Rights to Real Estate Objects to Be Built in the Future” came into force.
Now, developers (construction customers), developers, and construction financing fund managers are required to post information about their apartment building on their websites. In the law, this is called – disclosure of information about a divisible unfinished construction object.
🏗 List of information that must be indicated on the relevant websites 🌐 will be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, including the object identifier, main technical characteristics, information about:
- the construction customer, the construction developer (if any), the construction financing fund manager (if any), the contractor, the quarter, the year of commissioning, the registration of permits in the electronic system, future real estate objects that have been sold and are being sold, the terms of purchase, the price, the draft agreement that is offered for signing by investors – updated within 10 days from the date of changes;
- the progress of construction (monthly photographs of the object, the schedule and status of work) – monthly, no later than the 15th.
For failure to post the above information, a fine of 10 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons (UAH 26,000) + an order to eliminate the violations within 30 days. For failure to comply with the order, a fine of 20 subsistence minimums for able-bodied persons (UAH 52,000).
